Cancel via the Kardia Mobile App
The simplest way is to cancel directly inside the Kardia App:
- Open the Kardia App on your smartphone.
- Tap the “Profile” icon in the bottom navigation.
- Select the “Manage Account” option within your profile settings.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription”, and confirm by selecting “Yes”.
Once done, your subscription is canceled and you will no longer be billed monthly or annually.
Cancellation via Email or Support
If you’re not able to use the app or prefer another route:
- Email support@alivecor.com, stating clearly:
“I wish to cancel my KardiaCare (or Premium) subscription effective immediately, and request confirmation.”

Be sure to request a cancellation confirmation (email or ticket number) for your records.
Refund Policy Details
- 30-day refund window: In the U.S., AliveCor may offer a refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchase or renewal—as long as you email support or cancel via the app before the window closes. ChargebackChargeback
- Outside that window: cancellations are effective immediately, but fees past that point are generally non-refundable per their Terms of Service. Chargeback
Purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play?
If your subscription was billed through Apple or Google, you’ll need to cancel it through their respective billing systems:
- Apple (iOS):
- Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Find the AliveCor/KardiaCare subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- You may also request a refund via Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.
- Google Play (Android):
- Open the Google Play Store → menu → Subscriptions.
- Locate the Active subscription → Cancel Subscription.
- To request a refund, use Google Play’s support/refund form.
