Returns, Refunds & Warranty – Alivecor KardiaMobile
We do not accept unsolicited returns.
All claims for returns, refunds or warranties must be in writing please include your Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number, email Address, and the reason for the return of the product and email to sales@kardiamobile.co.nz

Return/Refund
If you believe that the product is defective, and you’ve purchased the product directly from kardiamobile.co.nz, you may return the Product within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To request a return/refund, you must send an email to sales@kardiamobile.co.nz please include the Tax Invoice
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The original delivery costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Warranty
All goods are warrantied for the period of the manufacturer’s warranty and as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase
Return/Refund/Warranty DOES NOT COVER:
- Liquid Damage
- Misuse or abuse
- Modifications to the original product
- Neglect or lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by natural disasters or environmental factors
- Prior unauthorized repairs
- Tampering
- Damage due to drops
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
